The capacity is 1450 tons of waste per day, serving a population of 2.33 million. When it was totally completed the capacity will reach 0.48 million tons with 135 million kilowatts of electricity generated per year. The waste in Zhao’an and Yunxiao County will be treated in the plant so as to avoid the problems brought by short of capacity in the county incineration power plants and meanwhile avoid the waste due to over construction of power plants, corresponding to the regional planning and facilities sharing policy put forward by the Construction plan of the urban living garbage pollution-free disposal facilities of 13th Five-year Plan.
